Bob Hall
1951–2026
Bob Hall, the Boston Marathon’s first official wheelchair finisher,
helped redefine what was possible for athletes and people living with
disabilities.
His commitment to independence, dignity, and access continues through
the Bob Hall Legacy Fund benefiting REquipment. The fund helps keep
refurbished wheelchairs, walkers, and other assistive equipment
available to people across Massachusetts.
